Circles

2–3 minutes

A reflection on grief, release, and the sacred space of becoming

I am noticing the circles…

the ones that are quietly closing in this season of my life.

The circle of walking my mom home…

now complete,

held in love,

in memory,

in breath.

The circle of love with my dear friend Jon…

as I prepare to return his ashes to the earth, to release,

to honor,

to trust.

The slow and tender circle

of letting go,

of things,

of pieces,

of what no longer feels aligned

as I simplify,

as I soften,

as I make space.

And I am noticing the circles that are opening…

wide,

spacious,

unknown,

and full of possibility.

A blank canvas before me.

An invitation to expand…

as a breathworker,

as a healer,

as a writer,

as an artist,

as a lover,

as a woman becoming more fully herself every day.

An invitation to soften the role of caretaker,

and step into a life that is mine.

A life surrounded…

by beauty,

by art,

by spirit,

by likeminded community,

by nature that breathes with me.

A life where I allow myself to receive as deeply as I have given….

Love,

support,

connection,

all flowing toward me as I continue to offer it outward.

And I sit here…

in awe.

again and again

in awe.

What a gift it is to be here.

To see that everything ~

every experience,

every loss,

every moment of growth,

every beautiful soul placed along my path

….was guiding me home.

I hold such deep gratitude for those who have walked beside me… For the hands that held me,

the voices that guided me,

the hearts that saw me.

And many others both seen and unseen.

I am grateful for the deep friendships that have unfolded before me.

I am grateful to myself…

for doing the work,

for staying,

for softening,

for opening,

for continuing to walk forward,

even when the path was unclear.

Now…

I find myself here.

Standing at the meeting place of what is closing and what is just beginning.

Rooted in all that I have lived,

And open to all that is still unfolding.

And what I know is this…

My growth within will continue

My expansion will continue.

My capacity to hold others in their healing will continue.

What a gift this life is…

To feel it,

to live it,

to honor it.

I am grateful…

for every experience,

every person,

every moment,

that has brought me to here.

To now.

To this very breath.

And so it is…..
