What is Clarity Breathwork and how will we use it?
Clarity Breathwork is a transformative practice of conscious connected breathing, offering a myriad of benefits.
It gently lowers stress, releases toxins at a cellular level, and helps you access and release old emotions and traumas in a safe and nurturing way. This practice can transform relationship conflicts, heal deep wounds of abandonment, loss, and rejection, and increase your sense of joy, peace, and freedom. Additionally, it helps release limiting thoughts and patterns, paving the way for a more fulfilling life.
A study published on August 10, 2023, in Current Psychology explored the effects of conscious connected breathing on brain activity, mood, and state of consciousness in healthy adults. The study concluded, “The present findings indicate that ‘connected breathing’ affects those parameters of brain activity and mood status that are associated with a better mental condition” (Current Psychology, 2024, 43:10578-10589).
The powerful benefits of Clarity Breathwork are clear. What makes it even more beautiful is its gentle and safe nature, relying solely on your breath.
This practice is best done lying down, breathing through the mouth, and letting the breaths flow continuously without holding the inhale or exhale. Your breath will guide you to whatever needs to be seen, felt, and honored.
Our bodies hold many emotions at any given time. Challenging life circumstances, especially those involving grief, can amplify these feelings. Society often pushes us to return to “normal,” but this can lead to a buildup of unprocessed emotions. It is both right and conscious to create space to address all that we feel and have held onto. Grief can be extremely painful and challenging, and it is okay to feel it. The foundation of grief is often a deep love for something or someone we have lost. It hurts, and although you will never be the same, you will find meaning again. Grief is not linear; it will ebb and flow. Over time, you will heal the pain and begin to build new layers of joy. There are no specific timelines for grief; it will take as long as it takes, and that is okay.
