By accessing and using the service provided by Breathing Life Into Grief, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please refrain from using this website.
Participation and Preexisting Conditions
If you have any preexisting medical conditions or concerns that my affect your participation in the offered breathwork classes or individual sessions, it is your responsibility to inform me before attending. These modalities are not offered as an alternative to healthcare. I aim to provide a safe and supportive environment, but I cannot provide medical advice or treatment. It is important to consult with a qualified healthcare provider to determine whether breathwork is appropriate for your individual circumstances. By participating in classes or individual sessions offered by Breathing Life Into Grief, you acknowledge that you have disclosed any relevant preexisting conditions and have sought appropriate medical advice when necessary. You assume all risks associated with your participation in our breathwork classes and release Breathing Life Into Grief and Barbara Caudill from any liability related to preexisting conditions.
Breathing Life Into Grief Cancellation Policy
LATE ARRIVALS
You are 100% responsible for showing up to your scheduled class or appointment on time and prepared. The class or session will officially begin at the scheduled time. Late arrival to an already underway class is quite disruptive to the class attendees and the facilitator. No refunds will be provided for the amount of time missed due to a late arrival to the scheduled private or group session.
NO SHOW/LATE CANCELLATION
You are 100% responsible for your appointment fee if you ‘no show’, miss an appointment, or cancel without 24 hours notice. I kindly request that you make every effort to inform me in advance if you cannot make it to your appointment and I will be happy to arrange and alternative time for you.
CANCELLATIONS AND MISSED APPOINTMENTS
At Breathing Life Into Grief, I am committed to providing you with the best experience during our breathwork classes and private sessions. A cancelled or delayed appointment can disrupt our schedule and inconvenience other clients. As such, I kindly request that you adhere to the cancellation policy.
